Duties & Responsibilities:
Liaison is seeking a client-services-oriented PowerPoint Specialist for a full-time, ongoing Liaison position working on our onsite creative group at 3M headquarters in St. Paul.
With offices in Austin, TX, St. Paul, MN, and Denver, CO, Liaison Resources, LP operates onsite, internal creative services teams for several Fortune 500 corporations including 3M. The Liaison family includes over 200 long-term Liaison employees working onsite at global corporations across the country.

In this job, you'll:
- Coordinate directly with corporate clients to create winning PowerPoint presentations mostly based on strict brand guidelines;
- Execute all graphic production using PowerPoint and other software as needed;
- Facilitate optimal aesthetic, interactivity, and animation decisions for presentations;
- Assist with other print and web Production and Design duties as needed.
Background & Experience:
- Successful candidates will use the "Tell Us More" section of our online application to provide detail on their minimum 1-2 years combined experience doing PowerPoint graphic production as the majority of their work;
- Please use the "Tell Us More" section of our applicaition to point to the part of your career that best translates to client-services experience;
- 2-5 years graphic production experience required. Corporate marketing or Ad agency experience preferred;
- Experience in creating PowerPoint templates based on existing brand guidelines.
Hard Skills:
Attached portfolio must contain examples of PowerPoint projects, although you don't need to attach .ppt files. Static screen-grab graphic files (jpg, gif, or pdf) or online samples are preferred.
- Photoshop, Illustrator a plus.
Soft Skills:
You'll be at ease working here if you:
- Possess excellent communication and people skills;
- Are equally at home working directly with clients as you are working alone cranking out large presentations;
- Learn quickly and act independently.
Details:
This is a full-time, ongoing position on Liaison's creative services team situated onsite at a global technology and manufacturing company client. Details will be provided during the interview process. Immediate onsite in-person interviews are required, so candidates applying from outside the Twin Cities area should provide detail on relocation plans in the cover letter.
